We’d love to talk. Must-haves:Min. 4 years’ experience of managing paid social campaignsYou’re a confident client manager who is kind and personableExperience of managing brand and performance campaigns across key social platformsBe ambitious, curious and inquisitiveYou've got a naturally solution-oriented problem solver with an an entrepreneurial spirit, who enjoys tackling challenges head-onComfortable troubleshooting technical issues when they arise - e.g.: catalogs, tracking, CAPI etcA fully developed understanding of digital marketing and broader business metricsGood grasp of excel and powerpoint fundamentalsIdeally you’ve got your social certifications (e.g. Blueprint), have experience of using Google Analytics and experience of Funnel.io &/or Looker Studio would be idealWhat you will doYou’ll primarily be working on the Dr Barbara Sturm account (80%), reporting directly into the Account Lead. The remaining 20% will be allocated to working on the next big creative idea or traditional media channels. Whilst the role will be initially focused on paid social, there will be the opportunity to expand into other media channels as we grow.Key responsibilities includeAccount managementCollaborate closely with your clients, proactively supporting them and our Paid Social Executives in the day-to-day management of social media campaignsOwn preparation and lead weekly client status meetingsProactively identify opportunities/challenges before they arise, designing client-oriented solutions to ensure you’re always one-step aheadBe a thought-leader for social, regularly attending in-person meetings with yours clientInput into agency pitches and other client plansMediaOversee the day-to-day running of all Paid Social activations and planning including the production of media plans built around clear rationale and business outcomesAlongside the Paid Social executive, activate campaigns from build to quality assuranceOversee the strategic optimisation of campaigns, actively advising on both media and creative decisions which will influence performanceBuild and own the client’s learning agenda, including testing roadmapDeliver insightful analysis which drives improved performance via reportingWork with clients to forecast and set targets, building trust in your skills as a media professionalBuild relationships with key media owners, forging useful relationships across measurement and creative teamsTeam & peopleDirectly manage and coach the Senior Paid Social Executive and Biddable Executive on the Dr. Barbara Sturm accountBecome a trusted source of truth for all things paid social, helping to share your expertise with the wider agencyWork with our founders on improving our Paid Social product, ensuring that the tools, tech, processes and training we use are best-in-classWhat’s in it for you?£43,000 - £50,000 base salary (dependent on experience)10% performance bonus5% pensionFlexible working with 3 office/client site days per week in White City 28 days holidayAccelerate your career, growing with the business as it doesWork on fun and engaging accounts where innovation goes a long wayBe creative: your ideas will become campaignsCulture of developing your skills and broadening your marketing experience across new channelsModern office space at Soho works (White City)Work directly with and learn from our founders - Coraline Millena (Ex Burberry, Estée Lauder Companies and Charlotte Tilbury) and Henry Arkell (Ex Bain & Company, Omnicom Media Group and Estée Lauder Companies)
