The Role: We are looking for a talented and results-oriented Paid Social Manager to lead and execute their paid social media advertising strategy, in a standalone Paid Social role within a wider, close-knit Digital function. In this exciting role, you will drive high-impact campaigns that elevate brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for their diverse product portfolio, including sports nutrition, and general wellness categories. Working closely with their creative, eCommerce, and sales teams, you ll play a pivotal role in expanding their presence across Europe and beyond Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative paid social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and others. Manage and optimise large-scale ad campaigns to achieve KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition costs. Collaborate with the creative team to deliver engaging, on-brand content tailored to each platform. Use audience segmentation, A/B testing, and data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and budgets. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead in a competitive marketplace. Provide detailed performance reporting and actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and brand teams to align campaigns with business goals. What We re Looking For: Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns, ideally within consumer goods or retail sectors. Expertise in platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions. A creative flair for producing compelling content and understanding diverse audience preferences. Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
