Are you a paid social expert with a passion for fashion and a track record of driving results? This is a chance to lead paid social advertising for two fast-growing fashion brands, developing innovative campaigns across Meta and TikTok

The Role

As a Paid Social Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing data-driven media strategies to maximise brand awareness and revenue across the UK, USA, and European markets.

Collaborating closely with the marketing and brand teams, you'll oversee the full campaign cycle-from planning and optimisation to reporting-ensuring maximum impact and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-performing paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok
• Manage budgets effectively, optimising spends for maximum return
• Monitor and analyse performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and brand teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Lead and manage a team, fostering innovation and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid social, ideally within fashion or eCommerce
• Experience managing teams and working across multiple territories (UK, USA, Europe)
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads (Snapchat Ads a bonus!)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• A deep understanding of fashion trends and engaging content creation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
