Advance your career with Automotive Transformation Group today and like your dream vehicle, you can rely on us to take you places you’ve always aspired to go.Overall Job Purpose / Role Purpose:The Role:As the Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, executing and delivery of our clients paid social strategies as well as the day-to-day management of your assigned client accounts, focusing on delivering performance against KPIs. You will work across a variety of social channels including Meta and LinkedIn, allocating budget to the best performing areas whilst proactively suggest areas of expansion. This is a hands-on role that is essential to our business growth strategy.As the Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for:Developing paid social marketing strategies for our clients, ensuring delivery against primary objectivesOwning the end-to-end management and deliverables of clients paid social campaigns from implementation to optimisations, ensuring its delivery to time, budget and ROI standardsAdopting an innovative way of working, coming up with new ways and channels to enhance the performance of our clients paid social activityIdentifying areas of opportunity within your existing client base, to drive performance and deliver against department revenue targetsAttending client status calls, monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews in which you will present campaign performance and recommendations, either face-to-face or remotelyBecoming our clients’ primary point of contact for all their paid social needs, building strong working relationshipsSupporting new business pitches, presenting our paid social advertising capabilities to new potential clientsGenerating strong working relationships with our account management team to identify opportunities for growth and minimise customer churnWorking closely with other marketing services departments to form collective and collaborative marketing strategies for our marketing clientsIdentifying case study material, and working our brand marketing and communications team to create the documentationActively research and keep up to date with paid social marketing trendsSharing your experience and knowledge with other members of the marketing services teamFacilitate & embed any strategic objective(s) that may be requested by line management or directors of the businessAs the Paid Social Specialist, you will have the following skill set:A minimum of two years relevant experience within a similar paid social agency rolePreferably experience or interest working within the automotive sectorA strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedInKnowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementationStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and draw insights from large data setsGood knowledge of data and collection presentation platforms such as Looker Studio and ExcelStrong project management skillsAbility to demonstrate your expertise to customers and internal stakeholders, using data to support your ideas and recommendationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to expertly identify and present new business opportunities to new and existing customersAbility to work autonomously where required to achieve the best results for our customersComfortable simultaneously working across multiple customers and projects
