Building Careers are recruiting a Painter & Decorator for a well established social housing client covering the North West. They will be part of a planned kitchen and bathrooms scheme - working on tenanted and void properties .

�19.00 per hour

Van and Fuel Card Provided (for work use only)

Temp to Perm Contract

Social Housing Planned Works Project

As a Painter & Decorator, you will be required to have:

• A Valid CSCS Card
• NVQ Qualifications
• Own hand tools
• Previous experience in kitchen and bathroom refurb works
• Full UK Driving License

Your role will consist of:

• Painting and Decorating
• Multi skills (if applicable)
• Using PDA system to respond to jobs
