Painter/Decorator

Painter/Decorator needed in Banbury

Daniel Owen Recruitment are looking for a Painter and Decorator to work on a large new build manor house project in Banbury, Oxfordshire. There is a very good run of work for the right person since the project has only recently started.

There is on site parking but it is tricky to access via public transport so access to a vehicle would be essential.

Experience having worked as a Painter and Decorator before is a must, and an NVQ in Painting and Decorating would be beneficial.

Job duties for the successful Painter/Decorator:

- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting

- Apply paint using various techniques and tools

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements for the role

The successful Painter and Decorator will need their own tools, full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, and steel-toe cap boots), strong attention to detail, and proven experience in painting on residential projects.

We will need a reference proving experience having had a similar role
