Northfleet (will be relocating to Rochester in a couple of months)
£26,500 + £1,500 salary increase after 3 months + 1% bonus monthly.
Year 1 OTE £31,315

My client based in Northfleet is looking to recruit a Pallet Operative on a full time permanent basis with the evening shift hours being 2pm-10pm Monday- Friday. My client will be moving to Rochester Airport in the coming months so you will be relocated to that site. You will be a hands on individual who is a hard worker, happy to work outside in the yard meeting performance targets daily.
Day to day of the Pallet Operative:

• Working in a small team to meet daily performance and attendance targets to get your monthly bonus.
\n
• Constructing and rebuilding pallets, ensuring you are not wasting materials.
\n
• Being very hands on, pulling out nails, taking pallets apart and putting new pieces together to make them new.
\n
• Spraying the pallets the right colour dependent on the industry required.
\n
• Ensuring the forklift driver has enough pallets to move around the yard for distribution.
\n

Requirements of the Pallet Operative:

• Has hands on experience in any industry, labouring/ picking and packing/ welding etc
\n
• Happy to work outside in all weather conditions.
\n
• A hard worker who wants to be rewarded for what you do.
\n
• Someone who wants to progress within the company.
\n
• Will work 2pm10pm Monday- Friday.
\n
• Drives due to new location in Rochester.
\n
