As a Paralegal, you will manage your own caseload of pre- and post-issue Housing Disrepair claims from start to finish. Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience handling Housing Disrepair claims
  \n

• Proven ability to manage a caseload from start to finish
  \n
\n
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, litigation trends, and precedent
  \n
\n
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
  \n
\n
• Excellent client care and the ability to deliver results
  \n
\n
• Tenacity and enthusiasm to achieve the best possible outcomes
  \n
\n
• \nProclaim case management system experience (preferred)
  \n
\n
