Paralegal / Land Rights Officer

The Company: We're working with an IDNO business who are looking to hire a Design Manager to work on their IDNO electricity networks. This business are Ofgem regulated and focus on 5 core sectors: EV Charging, Battery Storage & Renewables, Data Centres, Industrial & Commercial and Residential.

The Role: As the Paralegal or Land Rights Officer, you will support the Land Rights part of the business and help to secure land rights for essential electrical infrastructure construction. The company are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skill and the ability to multitask.

You'll require knowledge of:

• Land Transfers
• Leases
• Easements for IDNOs/DNOs/ICPs
• Wayleaves
• Land Registry Searches and Registrations

The company are also looking at candidates who:

• Have the ability to manage their own case load
• Good communication skills liaising with colleagues and other stakeholders including clients
• Willingness to work in a team or independntly as required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT generally
• Have the fll right to work in the UK
