The firm’s Credit Hire team is looking to hire up to six Supervisors for their Birmingham office on a permanent basis. The TeamThese roles are within the Insurance sector, specifically focusing on Credit Hire & Damage. The team handles pre-litigation and litigation work for over 40 insurers and self-insurers, managing nearly 20,000 claims annually. The caseload includes complex claims and protocols across areas such as criminal motor defence, motor fraud, injury, recoveries, and credit hire. The RoleYou will oversee a team of five Paralegals, each managing their own caseloads. Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day support, personal management, and ensuring team targets are achieved. You will also manage a small caseload of 20-30 cases, with plans to reduce this over time. The Ideal CandidateCandidates should have at least 2 years of paralegal experience in handling pre-litigated and litigated claims. Experience in credit hire, personal injury, motor fraud, or general motor liability (either defendant or claimant) is highly desirable.
