The Team You will be joining the highly ranked Banking & Real Estate Finance Team to be one of a small and collegiate team. They are extremely supportive and friendly, and they look forward to welcoming their highly motivated new team member The Role As a banking & real estate finance paralegal you will have day-to-day contact with clients as the work focuses on the lending instructions from challenger banks and bridging, and offering a turnkey operation which enhances the attractiveness to lender clients. Duties will include: Having day to day conduct and responsibility for short term secured loan instructions from banks and bridging lenders from instruction to completion Overseeing post-completion registration and other formalities Dealing with loan redemptions, discharges of whole and parts of securities, loan tranche releases and further advances There are great progression possibilities within the firm and many of their paralegals have been offered a training contract once they have shown their skills The Requirements While previous experience in real estate finance and transactions is a must, the role requires someone ideally who has good organizational and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail.
