Paralegal

Our client is an established and reputable global asset manager, with a diverse portfolio of investment strategies and an international legal team in offices across the United States and Europe. This organisation continues to perform well and is growing, serving a global institutional and retail client base. We are now looking for a paralegal with asset management experience to join the London legal team in a role that has both breadth and responsibility and will involve : Assisting with the review, amendment and organisation of investment management agreements (IMAs) and other ancillary asset management/commercial contracts Onboarding of new UK/international clients Corporate governance work, including the arrangement of board packs, drafting board resolutions and undertaking Companies House filings Helping with administrative duties, including managing invoices and monitoring legal spend Engaging with firm-wide projects, which may related to corporate acquisitions or regulatory developments, for example. As this role has breadth and is dynamic in nature, you will need to be a natural problem-solver, with an inquisitive nature with the ability to think on your feet . You will form part of a cohesive, well-respected and established legal team who will offer support and guidance from the outset, including towards qualifying as a lawyer through the SQE route, if this is an ambition of the successful candidate.
