Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a great new opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal at a well established law firm. They are looking for a proactive and friendly individual to join their residential conveyancing team.

\n

Conveyancing Paralegal responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Undertaking all functions and responsibilities within a conveyancing sale transaction
\n
• Handling administration and progression of purchase transactions
\n
• Ensure the case management system is up to date
\n
• Dealing with client queries
\n
• Fulfil office administration duties such as post, filing etc
\n

\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\n

\n
• Previous Conveyancing Paralegal experience
\n
• Knowledge of the conveyancing life cycle including post completion
\n
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
\n
• Strong written, numeracy and oral communication skills
\n
• IT literate including knowledge of Microsoft packages
\n
