We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team and provide comprehensive financial planning support services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting our financial advisors with the preparation and implementation of financial plans for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on financial products and strategies.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses.
- Assist in creating customized financial plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Liaise with clients to gather the necessary information for financial planning.
- Support advisors in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Prior experience in customer service within financial services is advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills for managing office tasks.
- Good time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with cash flow modeling, Xplan, or similar CRM systems, and familiarity with various financial providers is highly desirable.
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-motivated and fully experienced Paraplanner who is aiming for a long-term leadership position within our department. The ideal candidate will be working toward becoming the head of the department as part of this role.
