Parcel Sorter

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently recruiting a Parcel Sorter handballer on behalf of our client based in Huyton, L35 area.

We’re looking for someone that is comfortable with the below…

• Unloading of HGV Trailers into the warehouse and placing onto sorting belts


• Handballing parcels


• Segregating different types of mail


• Operating sorting machines


• Sorting parcels into the correct loading areas from a belt using scanners & headsets


• Working in a team to safely load vans ready for despatch


• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment


• Following standard processes & operating procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within a warehouse environment is preferred.


• Able to lift lightweight and heavy parcels, weighing up to 15-20kg each.

Shifts:

Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4:30pm

Monday- Friday- 10am-10pm

Pay Rate: £11.44PH

5 out of 7 days- 11pm- finish  

Pay Rate: £13.73
