We are looking for enthusiastic Parking Marshals & Lead Marshals to join an amazing team in Dunfermline. If you love customer service and enjoy working in a vibrant outdoor environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

About the Role:

• Assist customers by providing parking directions and support.
• Offer exceptional customer service in a busy and dynamic atmosphere.
• Be the friendly face that helps create a positive and seamless shopping experience.
• Guide traffic and support customers as they enter and exit the car park.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
• Assist customers with finding available parking spaces and provide guidance when necessary.
• Ensure the car park operates efficiently, ensuring vehicles are parked correctly and in allocated spaces.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the car park is free from debris and hazards.
• Utilise a mobile app to collect and record data related to the car park operations.
• Report any maintenance or security issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide assistance and support to other members of the team as needed.

Location, Dates and Working Hours:

KY11

Saturday 21st Dec - 10am to 6pm
Sunday 22nd Dec - 10am to 6pm
Monday 23rd Dec - 10am to 6pm
Tuesday 24th Dec - 9am to 2pm

Pay:

You'll be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of �11.44 as a Parking Marshal & �12.44 as a Lead Marshal.
