Salary: �26-30,000 Dependant on experience

Our client is a leading architectural practice known for its innovative and sustainable design solutions across various sectors including logistics, retail, commercial, and residential projects. The practice is looking for a creative and dedicated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team in Harrogate. The successful candidate will support the design and execution of diverse architectural projects from inception to completion. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career growth within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Our client also supports its team members through their Academy, which aids candidates in pursuing RIBA and CIAT qualifications. The Academy offers resources, mentoring, and a sense of solidarity, helping staff prepare for exams and professional registrations. Additionally, the Architectural Apprenticeship program partners with local universities to offer RIBA accredited Level 7 Architect Apprenticeships, including Part 2.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part 2 qualification.
  • Proficiency in Revit would be highly desirable, alongside other industry standard software's.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Assist in developing design concepts and detailed architectural solutions.
  • Prepare and present design proposals using Revit/ CAD and other design software.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Produce detailed drawings, models, and visualisations.
  • Participate in site visits and client meetings.
  • Boast design flare and strong technical abilities.
