The practice is looking for a creative and dedicated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team in Harrogate. The successful candidate will support the design and execution of diverse architectural projects from inception to completion. Our client also supports its team members through their Academy, which aids candidates in pursuing RIBA and CIAT qualifications. The Academy offers resources, mentoring, and a sense of solidarity, helping staff prepare for exams and professional registrations. Additionally, the Architectural Apprenticeship program partners with local universities to offer RIBA accredited Level 7 Architect Apprenticeships, including Part 2.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• RIBA Part 2 qualification.
• Proficiency in Revit would be highly desirable, alongside other industry standard software's.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Assist in developing design concepts and detailed architectural solutions.
• Prepare and present design proposals using Revit/ CAD and other design software.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project success.
• Produce detailed drawings, models, and visualisations.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings.
• Boast design flare and strong technical abilities.
