We are looking to recruit an ambitious Part II Architectural Assistant to join an award winning, friendly multi-disciplinary consultancy in Norwich. The successful Part II Architectural Assistant will have an important role, leading aspects of some of their key projects.The CompanyOur client are a mid-sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with several UK office. They have experience in a number of project sectors and scales. They have an excellent work life balance in place, flexible working hours and a real commitment to looking after their staff. All projects are in Revit and most are BIM level 2. Revit training can be provided.The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment.The OpportunityThe successful candidate will join the practice as a Part II Architectural assistant and have the opportunity to work on several projects including a 200 unit residential project from stage 4 onwards. Support will also be offered to fully qualify as an architect and gain their part III.The company work in Revit, have a BIM manager and a dedicated BIM team which help support the Architects and Technologists.The Requirements:MArch or Part II equivalentExperience using Revit (and AutoCAD) would be an advantageExperience working on UK based projects in a professional practiceAmbitious, friendly and a team playerSalary and PackageSalary of £25,000 £35,000 depending on experienceHybrid working25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidaysPrivate healthcare, pension etc.For this Project Architect position, Candidates with notice periods up to 2 months will be considered, however, an immediate start is also available.
