This local, regional practice in Warwick / Leamington Spa require a Part Qualified Accountant to support the firm’s organic growth. Hybrid working and comprehensive study support package on offer.

The Part Qualified Accountant will learn and gain exposure to a wide range of financial elements including the preparation of statutory accounts, bookkeeping and taxation. As well as that, you will collaborate and forge relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and going beyond the ‘accountant’ tag and providing tailored business advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accounts and corporation tax returns
• Support in business compliance aspects, reporting and planning for clients
• Completion and submission of VAT returns
• Liaising and developing business working relationships with clients
• Other ad hoc all round accounting tasks.

Requirements:

• AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA, ACA / ICAEW or equivalent
• Prior experience in financial accounts from within an accountancy firm
• IT skills including Excel and any accounts software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks etc)
• Highly organised with ability to develop and maintain business working relationships
