Part-Time Accounts Assistant

Salary:��13.00 - �13.50 per hour
Hours:�Part-time, 3 days per week

Jackson Hogg are pleased to be supporting a family-run business based in Stockton-on-Tees, on the appointment�of a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join thier�friendly team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in bookkeeping and general accounting tasks who enjoys working in a close-knit environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting
- Raise and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Carry out credit control duties, including chasing outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, ensuring financial data is up to date
- Support with general finance administration tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an accounts assistant, bookkeeping, or finance role
- Strong understanding of invoicing and credit control processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g�Sage) and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a small business environment
