Key Responsibilities:
\n- Managing and recording supplier and customer invoices, overseeing the complete process of receiving, verifying and documenting invoices from suppliers and customers.
\n- Ensuring transactions are accurately logged and reconciled in the accounting system for efficient financial management.
\n- Ensuring smooth transactions and accurate financial records, processing payments and receipts.
\n- Monitoring and updating accounting systems to guarantee the accuracy of financial data entry.
\n- Proactively identifying and following up on outstanding payments, collaborating with customers to resolve any issues, and assisting in collection efforts to maintain healthy cash flow for the business.
\n- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies by preparing and submitting accurate financial reports and documentation.
\n- Assisting the Financial Controller with budgets, audits, and forecasting.
