Part Time Administrator

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a part time opportunity?

Nouvo Recruitment is working with an established company who are looking for a part time Administrator to join their close nit team in Elstree.

The Role;

• Sending out engagement letters to new clients


• Scheduling works.


• Order Processing.


• Chasing clients for their tax data by email or phone (must have a good telephone manner)


• Completing annual confirmation statements for Limited Companies to Companies House


• Filing paperwork


• Ordering stationery


• Answering the phone and taking messages

Skills;

• Confident and professional telephone manner


• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal


• Computer Literate


• Good experience using Microsoft Word and Excel


• Work closely with the existing team


• Highly organised


• Ability to prioritise workload
