Vacancy: Part Time Caretaker
Location: Knightsbridge
Salary: £16k per annum
Hours/Days: Monday to Saturday 8am - 12pm
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Part Time Caretaker to work for one of the most prestigious Mansion style developments of circa 10 + residential apartments in Knightsbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Caretaker looking to work at an intimate, high end residential development, providing excellent service to High Net Worth Individuals
Key Responsibilities
The Part Time Caretaker shall;
*
Meet and greet the residents
*
Give access to authorised contractors
*
Inspect the building for cleaning and maintenance issues and reporting anything significant to management
*
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness including mopping, hovering, dusting, and polishing of all communal areas including corridors, stairwells, the main lobby/entrance area and the basement
*
Report any security/Health & Safety issues, incidents and complaints and taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency.
*
Ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times.
*
Deal effectively with complaints, take the correct action and remain courteous at all times.
*
Maintain a clean and smart appearance at all times.
*
Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times
*
Check and screen all visitors and guests and any contractor staff, ensuring they have permission to be present in the building. Report any suspicious/unusual behavior, calling the police if necessary.
Candidate specification:
All applicants for this Part Time Caretaker role must meet the following criteria;
*
Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Caretaker, preferably within a residential or hotel environment
*
Live no further than a 45 minute commute door to door from Knightsbridge
*
Be articulate, well spoken and a good communicator
*
Have excellent personal presentation
*
Be positive, naturally helpful, and a proactive deliverer of 5 star customer service
