We're on the hunt for a dedicated Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service and managing customer accounts.
* Competitive annual salary of £19,200
* Monday to Thursday 09:30 to 15:00, Friday 09:00 to 12:30

The Role:
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be:
* Resolving customer delivery enquiries, including liaison with couriers and warehouse where necessary.
* Inputting telephone sales orders and orders received from Area Sales Managers for relevant territories.
* Liaising with customers, production, warehouse/technical departments to confirm or query order details.
* Promoting a team ethos and supporting Customer Service colleagues & Customer Care Manager as/when required.
* Providing basic technical support for customer’s enquiries.
* Coordinating customer quote requests and dealing with customer orders and end user enquiries promptly.
The Candidate:
The ideal Part Time Customer Service Representative will have:
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, with a passion for providing the highest level of customer service.
* Ability to deal with difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
* Excellent IT skills – proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Proficiency with SAP and ability to use multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to motivate, with a focus on targets.
