Part Time Customer Support Specialist
We are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Tamworth based client on a part time basis, 24 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your role will be to provide excellent customer support, through the resolution on inbound and outbound queries to agreed KPI's via telephone and email.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will need to have/be:
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to form productive working relationships
- Strong Team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Tangible experience in similar role
- Good Excel and Numeracy Skills
- Customer Handling Skills with a commitment to clear effective verbal and written communication to the highest quality.
- Daily interface with internal factors for resolution of customer complaints and issues with ability to use own initiative to obtain necessary information.
- Uses appropriate knowledge for resolution problem solving.
- Motivated to work as an effective team member.
- Ability to organise own workload to meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and decisive, initiate new initiatives, process improvement.
- Attention to detail - data integrity - recording information.
- Accountability to resolve and conclude all enquiry types.

Role of Customer Support Specialist:
- Resolution of inbound and outbound enquiries within agreed timescales to customers satisfaction
- Efficient order processing within agreed timescales to be delivered to customer in line with their requirement and internal process
- Identification of areas for improvement within operational processes
- Supporting the network in system use/ training
