This role can offer 22.5hrs per week and a hybrid working model.

Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, the role of Part Time HR Operations Lead will oversee a small team of 2 taking full responsibility for the transactional HR lifecycle for this multi-site distribution business.

This will include but not limited to:

• Lead HR Operations team of 2 staff dealing with all transactional HR in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Enhance employee engagement and productivity.
• Support with recruitment, training, and development programs.
• Work alongside the team of HR Advisors to support with employee relations cases

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR role. You will also have previously experience of staff supervision.
