Clients now have unparalleled equity liquidity access and a full range of integrated services, leveraging Bernstein’s cash equities and research capabilities and Societe Generale’s equity derivatives, prime services and equity capital markets offering.Summary of Key Purposesof the Role:This role is 3 days per week and is responsible for the co-design, implementation and coordination of reward policies for the Joint Venture globally across 16 countries, excluding USA, in alignment with the SG GroupThe role is responsible for communicating and advising managers regarding their role and responsibilities with compensation processes and procedures in the newly formed entity.Responsibilities:Jointly develop the reward processes and procedures including change management activities for the JV in collaboration with senior managers and Chief Talent Officers, Global C&B Team (Paris-based), UK & EMEA Reward Team (London-based) and the APAC C&B Team (Hong Kong and Singapore-based).Deploy and coordinate the ACR for the JV entity, alongside the Global C&B Team based in Paris, the UK & EMEA Team based in the UK and the APAC Team based in Hong Kong and Singapore.Support coordination and provision of information to the central compensation team in Paris on global and local processes and data requirements.Develop strong relationship with key HR stakeholders in the headquarters.Assist in the development and delivery of presentations and communications to key stakeholders on all compensation and benefits topics including the ACR, regulatory impacts and other processes.Manage and oversee the provision of compensation benchmarking and analytics to HR and the business. Also maintaining external contacts and industry group participation to remain up to date on compensation trends.Support the development and ongoing management of a JV deferred compensation plan.Establish policies, governance and process to ensure adherence to remuneration regulation in conjunction with appropriate reward governance specialists and advisers.Accountability for gender pay and other diversity remuneration reporting as required, ensuring a close coordination with other business stakeholders and communications teams as well as the local Compensation and Benefit teams where appropriate.PROFILE REQUIREDStrong, proven experience in compensationSolid analytical, research, problem-solving and project management skillsStrong understanding of executive compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential informationDemonstrated ability to design & implement solutions in a global, complex organisationsWHY JOIN USPeople join for the impact they can have on us.
