Location: Guildford (Free Parking)
Rate: £14-15 per hour
Hours: 21 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Are you an experienced Legal Administrator with expertise in probate law? Are you confident, enthusiastic, and seeking your next role?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established family law firm in Guildford. This is a part-time maternity cover position ideal for someone with a solid background in probate law and a passion for providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day probate and estate administration matters, both new and ongoing.
Prepare HMRC inheritance tax forms and HMCTS grant applications.
Obtain grants of probate/reseal grants and administer assets and liabilities accordingly.
Handle the encashment of bank accounts, investments, pensions, and the disposal/transfer of shareholdings through the company's trusted broker.Skills & Experience:

Proven administration experience in probate or property law.
Familiarity with legal systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and workload effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Friendly, professional attitude.
