As the Part Time Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy. You will work closely with the Management Team to ensure that the marketing plan aligns with the company's objectives and market trends. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact by driving lead generation, improving website performance, and enhancing customer retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and implement the marketing plan in line with company objectives and market trends.
• Schedule and attend weekly review meetings with the Management Team to discuss progress on the Marketing Plan and provide recommendations.
• Manage and monitor the effectiveness of PPC and SEO activities to optimise budget allocation.
• Develop the website in accordance with marketing objectives and SEO/PPC recommendations.
• Review website and social media content to attract the right customers and convey key messages.
• Improve and optimise images to enhance brand image.
• Analyse website usability and customer journey to improve conversion rates.
• Review analytics regularly and take actionable insights to drive marketing performance.
• Develop a detailed content plan aligned with marketing objectives, including writing and posting monthly case studies, blogs, and social media content.
• Devise and execute customer retention communications, including Mailchimp emails, personalised thank-you's, gifts, and promotions.
• Identify and undertake ad hoc marketing projects to drive business growth.

About You:

• Proven track record of success in marketing management.
• Marketing qualification is desirable.
• Proficient in SEO, PPC, and content creation.
• Familiarity with website management and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
