Role - Crisis Recovery worker�
Hours - Permanent 22.5 hrs (3 shifts a week over the Monday - Sunday, rota)
�12ph plus �750 allowance�
About the Role�
Crisis services aim to tackle both your urgent needs during a crisis and your long-term recovery objectives.
They offer secure, high-quality assistance while focusing on the underlying issues that led to your crisis.
The service provides you with strategies and resources to aid in your continued mental health recovery. Our 24-hour short-term crisis service has three beds available for individuals facing a mental health crisis, accommodating stays of up to seven days
They�operate in a non-clinical setting, utilising talking therapies to support your recovery.

What you need :
- Mental Health expeirence is preferred, Full training is provided�
- Passionate, Commited and desire to work with people from all walks of life�
- Professional boundaires�
- Flexible work approach
Who is this service for:
People living in the South Staffordshire area
People aged 18 or over
People who are known to primary or secondary mental health services, under the crisis team
