An exciting and rare opportunity for a part-time PA to join a truly exceptional, influencing not-for-profit business within the Healthcare and Social sector has arisen. You will be a key part of the team here.  *This is a one year contract position*
Supporting the CEO with general correspondence

Arranging board meetings

Attending and minuting meetings

Distributing minutes and action points

General administration to support the senior management team when needed
why you should apply.
Ideally, you will be working on a Tuesday Wednesday each week but this can be flexible to suit, days may change once per month to accommodate board meetings.

This will be an interesting role in a small team, the charity does great work and if you are interested in social care and all the work that goes into supporting customers, staff and volunteers in this area it will be very rewarding.
what were looking for.
We need a strong PA/Secretarial background. Of course, organisation is a key skill here as well as being able to plan and minute meetings, prepare agendas and follow up with the distribution of minutes and action points. Its a small team here, so being able to assist where you can is important too. A friendly personality and care taken over your work and colleagues are needed too.
