We are a small but well established and successful student property business based in central Henley. We have properties in five university cities.
\nWe are looking for a part time property manager/administrator. This role requires a self-starter and someone who can work both independently and as part of a small team. You must have a good sense of humour and like dogs!
\n25 hours approx per week. Very competitive hourly rate. Self employed.
Arranging new annual student property rentals.
\nDay to day management of existing rentals, including dealing with tenancy documentation.
\nResponding to emails and phone calls from students and property managers.
\nAdvertising all accommodation on student accommodation websites and maintaining /updating our own website.
\nResponding to council tax enquiries with local authorities.
\nPlacing stationery orders as needed.
\nRemotely monitor and respond to emergency emails a few times a day, approx 1 in 4 weekends after initial training has been completed.
\nSKILLS REQUIRED
\nPrevious property management/rental experience. HMO experience preferred.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Pleasant telephone manner.
\nGood IT and typing skills, including Word and Excel.
