Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Elevation Accountancy and Finance is delighted to partner with a fantastic business in the Doncaster area to recruit a Purchase Ledger on a permanent, part-time basis. This role offers 24 hours per week, which can be spread over 3 or 4 days to work around you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing payment runs
• Matching purchase orders and delivery notes
• Requesting and chasing invoice approvals
• Supporting daily monitoring of the email inbox
• General office duties
• Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Financial Controller

Person Specification:

• Experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with systems and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills
