Are you an experienced Receptionist or Customer Service professional?
Our client based in Manor Royal are looking for a Receptionist to join them on a part time basis working front of house at their modern offices.
Your duties will include:
Welcoming all visitors and staff with a smile, ensuring visitors sign in, issuing access passes
Maintaining stock, refreshment provisions and stationery
Main point of contact for meeting room bookings including ordering lunches and setting up equipment
Various Health & Safety activities
General administrative support to other departments as required
This role will make use of your excellent customer service skills and ability to remain people focused at all times.
