Part Time Receptionist

What will I be doing as a Part Time Receptionist?

• Being the first point of contact for all visitors to the offices
• Answering all incoming calls and announcing and directing calls to departments
• Taking down and passing on accurate messages
• Booking meeting rooms and arrange catering as required
• Maintaining an organised and tidy reception area
• Providing admin support where needed
• Able to work afternoons

• Previous reception / customer service skills essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multi task and use your initiative
• Confident telephone manner
• Professional and presentable in appearance
