Part Time Resident Advisor/Manager - Property Sector

West Sussex - commutable from locations along the M23 corridor, also Horsham, Crawley, Brighton and surrounding areas.

c.�30k-�32k PRO RATA (25 Hours) - DOE + bonus potential



Working 25 hours per week (Days/times negotiable across Mon - Fri)



Synced are currently supporting a client operating in the property management sector to recruit a Part Time Senior Resident Advisor / Manager (25 hours per week Mon - Fri).



This is a perfect role for someone looking for their first management position, the company offers plenty of support from a regional and central services level & plenty of training and development.



If you are in a senior customer facing role, for example - FOH TL, Deputy Manager, Senior Resident Host/Advisor etc - in any one of the following sectors and craving that next challenge - this is perfect for you!



Sectors we are interested in - PBSA, Residential, BTR, CoLiving, CoWorking, Hotels, Leisure, Hospitality or Retail.



This role is all about being the face of the building, nurturing tenant relationships and providing an amazing residence experience!



Responsibilities:




  • Face to face resident interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with tenants ensuring they love their 'home'

  • Conducting viewings

  • Undertaking pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections

  • Customer service & Customer journey

  • Resident care, engagement and satisfaction

  • Management of social media channels for the building (you can be as creative as you like!)

  • Sales & Marketing activities e.g. site tours, events, membership, leasing and renewals

  • Building management tasks e.g. compliance, H&S and working with maintenance

  • Building administration & Coordination e.g. tenancy, lease, contractor liaison



Essential skills/experience -




  • Warm & friendly, approachable, professional and have an incredible, never ending passion for customer service/journey

  • Client/customer facing customer service experience

  • Willing to take on a new challenge

  • Willing to learn and get stuck in!



Desirable skills/experience -




  • Experience of sales / lettings a real advantage

  • Any exposure to building / facilities management e.g. H&S, fire safety
