Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to manage classroom activities.
• Keep track of student progress and report back to the teacher.
• Address children's personal needs and offer pastoral care.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure student well-being.
• Provide individual or small group support to children.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience working with children is essential.
• A strong passion for education is required.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
• Enhanced DBS (assistance available).
• Effective behaviour management skills.
