Partner Life Sciences - up to £250k base + 20% bonus + MBO equity

Our client is a $750m Revenue US based management consultancy which aims to continue its expansion in the UK with this new Partner role. The role is a standard 'sell, manage, deliver' role with business development being a primary consideration.The role will support the delivery of the business plan and provision of Life Sciences solutions to clients, such as:Risk management in the drug development processRegulatory compliance around research, digital & cyberProcess simulation to help develop, test and manufacture productsDecentralised R & D, eg to allow remote study of clinical trialsData strategy & cloud/AI implementationThe candidate:-Experience in Business Development, Team Leadership and DeliveryA graduate in a relevant discipline10 years+ experience within a Consulting businessThe ability to bring business and a team with you is highly desirableThe salary for the role is up to £250,000 plus 20% bonus and MBO equity.
