Partner - Oil & Gas

A global Management Consulting firm is seeking a Partner level individual to lead and develop their Energy, Oil & Gas practice. You will get the opportunity provide expert consulting & advisory services to a range of Oil & Gas supermajors around topics such as Energy Transition assisting with the transformation of the global energy sector from fossil-based to zero-carbon, underpinned by digital transformation. You will ideally be a vastly experienced Management Consultant operating at Associate Partner or Partner level for a leading Advisory & Consulting firm. You will ideally have a strong network of Oil & Gas (upstream or downstream) clients in the UK as well as a proven track record in the Sales & Delivery of Energy Transition related programmes. You will typically have an annual sales target of between £2m to £5m dependant on grade. You will ideally have expertise as a new business hunter signing new logo clients or have a strong background in farming existing accounts as a Client Partner. The ideal candidate could come from a functional background in Digital Transformation, Operational Improvement, Target Operating Models, Strategy, Business Change, Emerging Technology (IoT, technology platforms, automation, sustainability, digital twin, artificial intelligence), Data & Analytics or Customer Experience.
