Partnership Executive

The Supply Register is Expanding Our South-East Team!  We are looking for a partnership executive to join the business to cover our South-East Primary Desk.

Due to the considerable demand and growth in the Kent area we are currently recruiting for a Partnership Executive to specialise in recruiting for Primary classroom supply cover roles. You will work alongside our established Partnership Teams to deliver our managed service model to multi-academy trusts, ensuring the right staff are placed in the right roles. 

This is not a sales-focused position. We are looking for someone who values building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Build excellent relationships with key stakeholders at multi-academy trusts, colleges and individual school locations. 
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience. 
• Develop innovative candidate attraction techniques. 
• Conduct interviews for all roles within allocated schools. 
• Manage a candidate pipeline effectively. 
• Source candidates for long-term and permanent vacancies. 
• Meet regularly with clients on-site to strengthen relationships. 
• Collaborate with our partnership agencies to meet school requirements.

About You: 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Experience in account management or recruitment consultancy. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. 
• Confidence and self-motivation to work independently. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Exceptional attention to detail. 
• Networking abilities to build meaningful professional relationships. 
• Drive and ambition to grow with the company.
