Partnership Manager

Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Partnerships Manager on behalf of a For-Profit Registered Provider in the East Midlands.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Manager on behalf of a For-Profit Registered Provider in the East Midlands. This is a dynamic role where you will leverage your experience in the construction industry and strong relationships within the social housing sector to drive business growth. �With a focus on sustainability and net-zero solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing new products, enhancing customer relationships. Duties:

• Collaborate with the Commercial & Specification teams to develop strategies aimed at identifying new business opportunities within the social housing sector


• Engage closely with clients under new and existing framework agreements to nurture and build relationships across all sectors of our business and supply chain


• Demonstrating strategic leadership, fostering engagement, generating innovative ideas, and facilitating interaction across divisions and multiple product categories


• Learn, understand, and enhance our internal systems and processes applicable to this new area of our business


• Work in partnership with key stakeholders on the development of new products and support package


• Enhance the profile and outreach of the company and its brand within the social housing and retrofit sectors utilising social media platforms as a force for good


• Monitor and analyse emerging sector policies, market dynamics, and trends relaying information back to the key stakeholders in the business


• Prepare and fulfil requests for proposals from prospective partners and clients

• 37 hours per working week


• Permanent


• �55,000 - �60,000

Requirements:

• Experience in the construction industry with strong existing relationships in the social housing sector


• Proficient in research and analytical skills, with strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation capabilities


• Diligent and detail-oriented in all work areas, complemented by strong administration and organisational skills
