Activation & Engagement (Events and Marketing).At its core, the company has an unwavering belief in embracing the opportunities offered by pushing at the edges of conventional wisdom to turn the improbable into the unignorable.ROLE OVERVIEW:The opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Partnerships Manager to join the 54 team.The role will centre around the activation of major global sports sponsors and the delivery of partnership rights across the Aramco Team Series, Aramco Saudi Ladies International and other Perofrmance54 promoted events.A passion for sport and an interest in developing and managing commercial partnerships is required for this position.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This is an opportunity so there is scope to take ownership, shape the role and grow your skill set.The role will include:Strategy and PlanningOverseeing the delivery of an annual sports partnership activation of a major global sponsor including hospitality, brand, digital and broadcast contentDelivering a partnership management programme across the Performance54 promoted golf events of Title Partners through to Official SuppliersCreating and managing partnership activations pre, during, and post-event, utilising other departments within the P54 business to ensure ROIWorking with the Partnerships & Commercial teams, to deliver a commercial partnerships strategy and timelineCoordination & DeliveryCo-ordinating partnership management for the Aramco Team SeriesPreparation of partner manuals, meeting agendas, minutes, and work in progress documentationDetailed management & delivery of partner inventory across physical and digital branding, golfing inventoryOversight of partner guest management programmes and VIP on-sight managementWorking closely with Marketing and Communications teams to bring partner narrative in to event messagingTracking of team task management and workloads across partners and eventsMonitoring and EvaluationCreate and share reports with key stakeholdersCreate and maintain good working relationships with Series and event partnersSPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED:Highly driven approach with immaculate attention to detailOral and digital presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills; the ability to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders and departments to achieve objectivesCompetence and empathy in working with diverse stakeholdersSport industry interest essential and an understanding of the professional golfing landscapeSALARY AND BENEFITS:Competitive SalaryAnnual Discretionary Company Bonus – up to 8% - 3% Company & 5% Individual25 days annual leave (+ public holidays), pro-ratedEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Health InsuranceP54 Goodie BagWorking hours will be Monday to Friday , 09.00 to 17.30 with an hour taken for lunch between 12.00 and 14.00 with travel and additional hours as reasonably required.
