Job Title: Parts Advisor  
Location: Aberdeen  
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000  
Contract: Permanent 
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? A leading Machinery specialist is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their Aberdeen-based team.  
In this key role, you’ll provide parts solutions to a range of customers, Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll build relationships, manage inventory, and contribute to the smooth running of the parts department.  
Your Role Will Include:  

- Assisting customers by phone, email, and face-to-face with parts enquiries.  

- Identifying, sourcing, and providing the correct parts.

- Collaborating with service and sales teams to ensure timely parts availability.  

- Managing stock levels, picking and packing orders, and organising deliveries.  

- Building long-lasting relationships with customers to support repeat business.  
What You’ll Bring to the Role:  

- Previous experience in a parts role within the HGV, Plant Machinery, Agricultural or the automotive industry.  

- A proactive and confident approach to customer interactions.  

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.  

- Familiarity with inventory management and standard IT systems.  

- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
