Parts Advisor - Permeant - Northwich

Blue Arrow is recruiting a Permanent Parts Advisor for one of the leading supplies in Heavy plant machinery in the UK & Ireland.
Salary is �25,000 to �25,500 depending on experience.
Monday to Friday
The Role:
The role of the parts advisor is to work alongside the service control team, providing the best customer experience and offering a professional service to our customers.
Ensuring that our engineers are sent the correct parts to repair & service jobs in an expected time frame.
Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming parts enquires,
Managing backorders, ordering parts from suppliers,
Utilising online platforms and our SAP internal business system to ensure that parts are provided on time to meet business and customer needs.
You will provide quotes for parts and be able to react quickly to our customers' demands.
For this role we require you to have Parts Experience or a mechanical mind from a similar role within the construction or agricultural equipment dealer industry.
Have a high level of accuracy and commitment.
Able to build relationships over the telephone,
You will be accountable for ensuring parts are right first time and ordered on time.
Have a strong PC Literate background and a working knowledge of MS Office / SAP
