As a Bodyshop Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing industry-leading advice on our products and services to our valued customers. Representing a variety of manufacturers, you will boast extensive industry knowledge on a diverse range of vehicles and models. You will take great pride in your work and be a highly motivated team player.
Through both in house and manufacturer training, you will be given full support and development enabling you to reach your full potential, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group .

An average day as a Bodyshop Parts Advisor
Manage daily parts co-ordination of both internal and stock delivered.
Update parts ordering system.
Make sure all parts are delivered to the site are checked off against the parts list for accuracy of order, correct parts, quantity, accidental damage and overall quality.
Ensure all relevant documentation for your department is correctly filled out and delivered to the designated department on time.
Carry out monthly stocks checks, which reconcile back to usage and suppliers invoices.
Monitor and control resources within the parts department.
Work within internal procedures to achieve targets set out by your line manager.
Communicate to the workshop controller and reception any potential delays to parts order arriving on site.
Imput all parts delivery information into the management system and pass through all paperwork to the accounts department.
About you
We consider candidates from all backgrounds who preferably have experience working in the Automotive sector within a Parts Advisor role, however training will be provided (knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous)
You will have fantastic communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment.
You will have the ability to work independently but also thrive as part of a team with a proactive can-do attitude.
You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts.
You will have a strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
You will be computer literate.
Good time management and prioritization skills
You will be flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
