Parts Advisor

Parts Advisor required. Our client is a long-standing family business that have been in the agricultural and Ground care industry for over 100 years. They are now looking for a Parts Advisor due to the growth of the business. This will be for the Kings Langley depot.

Successful candidate will ideally possess a background in agricultural or grounds machinery and parts sales, but more importantly needs to be a practical, highly motivated team player with good communication & IT skills.

Parts Advisor Job Overview

• Dealing with customers face to face, by telephone and email
• Processing orders
• Keeping customers up to date by providing first class customer service
• Stock management including unloading parts and storing them in correct locations
• Attending manufacturer training.

Parts Advisor Job Requirements

• Parts experience with JCB Agriculture, Kuhn, Sumo, Larrington Trailers, Marshall Trailers and Nugent Trailers advantageous.
• Full Driving licence
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Happy to work some Saturday mornings on a rota basis and extended hours at peak times of year

Parts Advisor Salary & Benefits

• Salary: �10- �13.50 an hour
• Working hours: Basic 42.5 hour week, Monday - Friday, 7.30am-5pm with an hour for lunch
• Overtime available (Sat at time and a half, Sunday - at double time, bank holiday Monday - at double time & day in lieu)
• Holiday Package: 24 days + 8BH
• Life Assurance including dependent's pension
• Ongoing training as required
• Pension - 3% employee contribution and 7% employer contribution
