Are you a motivated and organised individual with a passion for customer service? We are looking for a Parts Call Centre Advisor to join our growing team in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy environment, assisting trade and public customers with their parts needs.

• Handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally

• Advising customers on suitable parts and processing orders
\n
• Managing sales transactions for trade and public clients

• Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams

• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and order management
\n
• Maintaining high attention to detail to minimise errors and enhance customer satisfaction
