NEOS Engineering are working with one of the UK's largest plant companies that are looking to bring on board a Parts Advisor, similar role to a Hire Desk Controller with similar daily tasks. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, coordinating spare parts sales, and supporting customers with breakdowns. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  Assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for machinery.

  Managing inventory levels of parts and ensuring that stock is available when needed.

• 
  

  Coordinating with suppliers to order parts and maintain supply levels.

• 
  

  Providing technical advice to customers regarding parts and maintenance.

• 
  

  Ensuring that parts are properly cataloged and stored.

• 
  

  Handling returns or warranty issues related to parts.

Qualifications:

• No formal qualifications are essential, but a background in hydraulic spares, plant hire, or a related industry is advantageous.
