This company has been established for four years, a product of two widely recognised agricultural engineering firms. This partnership created the UK's first dealership exclusively dedicated to selling the complete JCB range. Now operating across 5 locations, the business is growing exponentially.

In this role the suitable candidate will be responsible for the parts aspect of the business. You will need to ensure KPIs's are met while also striking new deals with suppliers to keep costs low.

\n

The Role:

\n
• 8-5 Monday - Friday 8-12 Saturday (on rotation)
\n
• Lead the parts department and ensure KPI's are met
\n
• Have strong relationships with suppliers to keep costs down when sourcing parts
\n
• Maintain stock levels to ensure the business is always prepared for customer queries
\n
• Work in tandem with other departments to ensure the correct parts are available for maintenance and repairs
\n

• Experience in a workshop environment
\n
• Experience with machinery
\n
