Passenger Transport Manager

My client are currently seeking a skilled Head of Transport/Transport Manager to oversee their Passenger Transport operations. 

This is a full time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday – 07.00 – 17.00

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership

• Manage Office, Drivers and Passenger Assistant's.


• Compliance Management & Legislation is adhered to


• Manage expenditure in the business


• Find cost effective working methods

Business Growth

• Focus of business growth at every opportunity


• Return quote requests promptly and professionally


• Attend relevant network events to grow network and promote the business

Client Management

• Maintain and grow existing client accounts


• Take lead on any complaints/enquiries from clients

The successful candidate will need to have a strong background within Passenger Transport as well as driver and vehicle legislations. It will also be an advantage to have experience within winning new business accounts including presenting and closing 'sales'
